Jim Levandoski, Vice President of the BMW CCA New Mexico Chapter, coordinated the Chapter’s Holiday Lunch at the delightful Placitas Café on Saturday, December 16, 2023. The day kicked off at Sandia Wheels & Coffee, followed by a convoy led by member Jon van Arsdel guiding the group through Albuquerque’s North Valley, along NM 313, and the serene El Camino Real National Scenic Byway, passing Sandia Pueblo en route to Bernalillo. The journey then proceeded East on US 550 towards Placitas, culminating at the distinctive Placitas Café. John Franklin, both owner and chef, kindly set aside a space for the Chapter, fostering a joyful ambiance as we savored a delightful lunch and engaged in conversations about BMWs, enjoying each other’s company.
