2024 Borderland BMW Drive Over The Black Range

The next NM BMW CCA Borderland Region First Sunday Meetup will be August 4, 2024 for our annual drive over the Black Range from San Lorenzo to Hillsboro. We will meet at 8:00 am in the Whataburger parking lot at 190 E University Ave and South Valley Dr. in Las Cruces. We’ll caravan to Deming on I-10 to US 180, past City of the Rocks on NM 61 to San Lorenzo. The section on NM 152 from San Lorenzo to Hillsboro is a twisty, scenic mountain road for your BMW to show its stuff. We should arrive in Hatch for lunch and award-winning green chile cheeseburgers at Sparky’s.
The Borderland Region gatherings on the first Sunday of the month help build the community for BMW owners in west Texas, southern New Mexico, and northern Chihuahua in addition to the regular chapter events.
