Borderland BMW Drive Over The Black Range

The August 2023 NM BMW CCA Borderland Region First Sunday Meetup will be Sunday, August 6, 2023 for a drive over the Black Range from San Lorenzo to Hillsboro, NM. This is a spectacular mountain road, the kind BMWs were made for. We will meet in Las Cruces at the Whataburger parking lot at 190 E. University Ave, at 8:30am. We will drive to Deming on I-10, Santa Clara on US 180, pick up NM 152, check out the Santa Rita Copper Mine, than drive thru the mountains and finish in Hatch with a green chili cheeseburger lunch at Sparky’s.

The Borderland Region gatherings on the first Sunday of the month help build the community for BMW owners in West Texas, Southern New Mexico, and Northern Chihuahua in addition to the regular chapter events.
